GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
You can return item(s) purchased via our E-Boutique for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 7 days of receiving your original order provided it meets our Terms & Conditions for returns.
If you would like to return an item purchased via our E-Boutique, please initiate your return via the returns page www.silkonly.com.au/shipping-returns or contact E-boutique via info@silkonly.com.au to arrange your return. For exchanges, we will be in contact to confirm your request.
We take great care to ensure that all orders are properly packaged and protected; however, if your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
Please ensure they’re packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Once your parcel has been delivered please allow up to 5 Business Days for the return to be processed. Refunds will be applied (less the $15 inc. GST return shipment fee where applicable) to the original payment method. Visibility of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and provider.
In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will reimburse you for your return shipping costs. For non-defect returns, we will reimburse for the price of goods only.
We do NOT exchange or refund to SALE items. All SALE items are final. We require a copy of the invoice to be included in return shipments to ensure accurate processing. Please note that Silk Only cannot accept responsibility for damage to items returned during shipping. Please use the product’s original packaging for the best shipping protection.
